✧ Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

✧ Exchanges and Returns

Our items are custom and made to order; our shop policy is exchanges only. If you would like to exchange your item, email makeway@oliverway.co or contact us through the shop chat as soon as possible (limit 14 days after the item is delivered). 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Your exchange will be processed ASAP once the return package is received. Be aware, we do our best to send out exchanges quickly, however, new sales must take priority. A slight delay is normal.
